With our Directors sharing over a century of experience in the air-conditioning industry, we utilise that knowledge to develop our staff and work together to deliver successful outcomes.

Rob Shoemark, Managing Director and Group General Manager. With over 30 years experience in air- conditioning, Rob has been involved in every facet of the industry. Coming from a design and construct background in large commercial buildings, Rob has designed, managed and built everything from the smallest project to the largest commercial developments.

Ross Warner, Director. Since commencing in the air-conditioning industry in 1978, Ross has held a variety of roles ranging from his beginnings as an apprentice draftsman through air-conditioning design, project management, commissioning to supervising other engineers and project managers in roles as engineering and design manager. At EE, Ross oversees all aspects of the engineering and design work. He is currently the Chairman of Standards Australia ME62 Main Committee that is responsible for the development of a number of key Australian Standards and has also been an Australian representative to ISO.

Paul Lau, Director and Senior Design Manager. Beginning his engineering career in Hong Kong, Paul worked in a variety of design roles before moving to Australia in 1984. Paul’s almost uncanny ability to visualise projects in three dimensions has earned him a reputation for clever design and clear documentation. From the simplest to the most complex projects, Paul is passionate about his craft and determined to provide the best engineering solution.

Darren Turner, Director. From his start in air-conditioning in 1988, Darren has covered the whole range of design and installation processes. At EE he is responsible for seeing projects through to completion via our comprehensive construction phase program and specialised project management services. Darren has proven himself time and again at ensuring projects finish successfully on schedule and on budget.
