• Bankstown Sports Club: Numerous projects including upgrades to the chilled water systems 3,000 kW, a new conference centre and Italian Piazza
   
• Ryde Eastwood Leagues Club: Interior refurbishments, new al fresco gaming, upgrades to the chilled water systems including high-efficiency water cooled chillers, 2,400 kW
   
• Colonial Centre 52 Martin Place: Energy modelling of proposed new 5,400 kW cooling plant for improved energy efficiency
   
• Renwick Centre, North Rocks: New building at Royal Institute of Deaf and Blind Children, consists of auditorium, classrooms, function space, library and offices. Utilising energy efficient 400 kW heat recovery air-cooled chiller to produce heating and cooling
   
• St Clair Shopping Centre (for Taylor Group Constructions): Large expansion of existing shopping centre utilising rooftop package plant. New centralised control systems for ease of operation
   
• Cabravale Diggers Club: Extensive refurbishment of club with incorporation of outdoor gaming and conversion of existing plant to high efficiency chilled water, 3,000 kW
   
• Rooty Hill RSL Club: Various additions to the club. Most recently a 1,200 kW tri-generation system with gas-fired generator, hot water recovery and absorption chiller
   
• AMF Bowling Centre, Rooty Hill: Air-conditioning of new ten-pin bowling alley with “free” cooling and heating from waste heat
   
• Enterprise Data Corporation (for Global Projects): Air-conditioning design for new data centre at Norwest Business Park, includes high redundancy and resilience for critical operations
   
• St Vincent de Paul, NSW State Office (for Paynter Dixon Constructions): Highly efficient and flexible underfloor air-conditioning with many energy saving features. Air-cooled heat pump chiller with ground coupled thermal storage and VRF systems
